Structural Design
- Preparation of structural projects for new superstructures by selecting materials compatible with the architectural design (steel, wood, reinforced concrete, masonry, and mixed materials) and creating a structural system.
Coordination
- Establishing 3D models for implementation during the project design phase and ensuring coordination with different disciplines (architectural-mechanical-electrical).
Performance Analysis and Strengthening
- Preparing structural surveys of existing buildings and conducting seismic performance analysis.
- Preparing strengthening projects if necessary as a result of the performance analysis.
Restoration - Reconstruction
- Strengthening/renewing historical structures in accordance with their existing or new function, within the framework of preservation principles, using traditional and innovative details.
Inspection - Control
- Providing on-site engineering support by checking the conformity of the structures for which structural projects have been prepared during the implementation phase.
- Controlling projects prepared by an external engineering firm according to relevant regulations.
Project Design for Construction
- Preparing part-based shop drawings by creating a 3D construction model for steel or wooden structures.
- Preparation of the construction method with 3D videos and visuals, including on-site assembly sequence for complex structures and design of additional temporary structures when necessary.
Consulting
- Providing necessary engineering support in the design and implementation phases of all types of superstructures.
R&D
- Preparing samples and conducting tests in the laboratories of competent universities or on-site to determine the structural capacity of specially designed structural system elements and connection details to be used in special structures for which design services are undertaken.
